I was 12 years old when my dad took me to Promise Keepers in Detroit. I was saved at that event and started this journey called “life” with my new Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Years later I was in school at Calvin College as a Biology/Pre-med major.  I was 2 years into the program when I was convicted by a close friend that my motive for pursuing the medical field was for the paycheck. I quickly started a new journey, this time giving everything, even my future financial stability into God’s hands and applied and got accepted to Moody Bible Institute, following the call into ministry. As a musician growing up I have always wanted to serve God through my music and strive to do so. He has opened up many doors for me to do so. I released my first album “Not My Will” in 2006 and am working on two others.  I had the awesome opportunity to tour with Carlos Seise, The Calvin College Gospel Choir, and Walk in the Word with James MacDonald (picture above). I currently am a student at Moody Bible Institute and will graduate in 2009. God has opened up the door of Harvest Bible Chapel where I currently serve Him as the Music Director of the Niles Campus. God is Good.
